The new generation of Santa Fe is built to deliver. The 2.4L GDI Theta II 4-cylinder engine features Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing and Gasoline Direct Injection, allowing it to generate 185 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque – an incredible feat for its size. Drive Mode Select allows you to adjust your driving style to the terrain, allowing you to choose from Eco, Normal, or Sport with a quick push of the button. The available Active Cornering Control AWD gives you amazing traction and great cornering capability by transferring engine torque to the rear wheels and applying braking force to the inside rear wheel. This results in great performance in any weather condition.

The Santa Fe Sport is loaded with a variety of safety features, earning it the label of Top Safety Pick+ by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety for 2020. Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection uses a camera and sensors to detect rapidly closing speeds to the vehicle ahead or to pedestrians, and will alert the driver if a potential collision is detected. If the driver does not respond the system will provide full braking assistance. Adaptive Cruise Control adjusts the pre-set cruising speed if it detects a slower vehicle immediately in front. Rear Parking Assist uses audible alerts to warn the driver of proximity in relation to objects behind them. Rear Cross-Traffic Alert uses radar to warn the driver of approaching vehicles from the side before they even come into view of the rearview camera.
